Bolsena

Bolsena is a picturesque town on the shore of Lake Bolsena. The lake itself has two beautiful islands and one of these, the Bisentina Island, which used to be the Pope’s summer residence during the Renaissance period with its 7 churches and decorated gardens.

All around the lake, there are many bathing beaches, restaurants and picturesque places to visit.

The mediaeval fortress of Bolsena is home to a local museum, and nearby you can visit archaeological excavations. 

Betula with 40qm -c431 sq ft for 2-3 Pers., is ideal for a couple searching a romantic place to stay.

The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone, next to the famous church of Santa Cristina, where the Corpus Christi miracle happened in 1263. The central location offers plenty of shopping opportunities and walks in the streets of this impressive town. A bar with delicious cappuccino is located directly in front of the house, while the lake is only a 10-minute walk away.

The roof terrace apartment "Betula" is located on the 2nd and therefore the last floor of the house and is decorated with love in rustic style with antique terracotta flooring and wooden beamed ceiling.

The one room living-bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, couch, armchair and an open fireplace. A bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table offer all the amenities.

For an additional guests, another bed can be placed.

On the sunny terrace with table, chairs and deck chairs you can enjoy the view of the lake.
