- Mid Season = (MS): 19.03.-26.06. / 04.09.-31.10.
- Peak Season = (PS): 26.06.-04.09. / 26.12.-07.01.
Daily amount for the Agriturismo
30,00 - 40,00 euro per person.
Children less than 4 years: free of charge, children uo to16 years: 15,00 euro a night.
The prices include electricity, gas and water, initial equipment of bed
linen and towels, final clean, use of the washing machine and undercover
parking (except apartment “Betula”).
Heating costs are extra (gas 2,90 euro for m³, wood 20,00 euro for
1/3 m³).
Rent
Conditions:
To book an apartment, we ask for an initial payment of 30% of the total
price. The rest is then payable at the time of arrival.
If a booking is cancelled, the following cancellation fee applies:
10% if the booking is cancelled three months prior to the start of the
holiday, 30% two months prior, 60% one month prior and 90% within month
of booking.
- Arrival time is 5.00 pm onwards, departure time by 10.00 am.
- Prior arrangement, a dog may be brought along.
